The biscuit bakery is located on the outskirts of Altamura. The production unit covers an area of approximately 2000 m2 and is equipped with state of the art machinery and highly-qualified personnel. Many staff members have worked for the company for over 25 years, testament to the excellent working relationship it has established with its employees.

The bread bakery is in the town of Altamura and is dedicated mainly to producing and selling DOP bread and other bakery products. As per tradition, bread is hand made using natural rising methods, which means it can be stored for approximately 10 days.

The daily production is of approximately 4000 Kg per day and allows the company to satisfy the national and international market demand.

High-quality standards are guaranteed not just by the old family recipes, but also by the scrupulous hygiene plan in place to ensure the healthiness and goodness of all products.
